Under‑16 membership is currently full. Applications are being accepted for the waiting list only. Places may become available from 1 July 2026, following the renewal process, as some current Under‑16 members may choose not to renew.
Applications for members under the age of 16 must be completed by a parent or guardian on their behalf.
As part of the application, the form below includes a section for parental/guardian consent for the named under-16-year-old member of Stratford Oaks Golf Club to take part in golf activities, including:
• Unsupervised play on the course
• Competitions (including those involving adult members)
Stratford Oaks Golf Club recommends that all players under the age of 14 are supervised while playing golf. Players aged 14 and over should ideally hold a valid WHS™ Handicap and have a good understanding of the basic rules and etiquette of golf before playing unsupervised.
By submitting this form and giving your consent, you are giving permission for your child to play golf at Stratford Oaks Golf Club, including unsupervised play and competitions (which may include adult members).
You acknowledge that the club will take reasonable steps to ensure a safe environment, but that supervision is not provided during general play unless specifically stated (for example, during coaching sessions or junior competitions).

Your bank account details will be used to enable us to set up a direct debit for payment of your membership fees. An email will be sent to confirm your acceptance for membership.
