Our outstanding facilities provide a perfect environment for group or individual lessons from beginners to established players, with indoor or outdoor teaching bays on the range, the short game practice area, or on the course for player management skills – we offer it all.
Our Professionals
Andy Dunbar – PGA Professional
Andy Dunbar Ba(Hons) is a PGA ADVANCED Professional with over 25 years teaching experience. Over the years he has produced 2 British Champions and 16 National Champions plus countless County and Club Champions. He is a Golf Monthly Top 25 UK Coach and Qualified NLP Sports Practitioner and was England Ladies Coach for the Midlands for many years. He is still Warwickshire County Coach for both Elite and Junior Squads, both of which train at Stratford Oaks.
Andy’s coaching philosophy:
“Teach the individual. Find where he or she wants to go and then help them get there by realistic improvements in technique and developing the mental strengths to compliment this. Technically, the key is to develop a REPETITIVE method set within the individuals physical restraints and time available to practice, also of developing the best possible short game. Keep things simple and enjoy the learning process.”

Tom Whitehouse
An esteemed coach at Stratford Oaks Golf Club, boasts over two decades of International amateur and DP World European Tour playing experience. Tom’s resume includes two appearances in the 2002 and 2010 Open Championship, illustrating his elite status in world professional golf.
Transitioning seamlessly from player to mentor, Tom has worked with prominent names such as Robert Rock and Oliver Fisher and is the current Head Coach for Warwickshire County Golf. He leverages his extensive background to inspire the next generation of golfing enthusiasts.
Tom’s coaching philosophy is a fusion of precision, attention to detail and inclusivity.
