The new tee on the 12th hole has turned what was one of the easiest holes into one of the toughest, especially into the wind. The tee shot needs to be kept to the right hand side, avoiding the ditch that meanders its way across the left half of the fairway. The second shot involves a choice of attacking the pin or playing to the right of the green but above all the priority is to miss the deep green side bunker that catches any shot pulled to the left and does not have the legs to carry onto the green. If the pin is back right give yourself enough club–this is also one of the longest greens on the course.
